NSI Plus NSI Plus      


This program provides access to the NSI studios and
facilities so you can improve your skills by developing your own work. The
studios and facilities are under the supervision of a skilled TAFE teacher who
can provide tutorial assistance. Costs include an allocation for materials.

NSI Plus program

NSI Plus programs are fast-tracked, commercial programs for individuals or customised for companies.

Please note that in addition to your formal training you may need to allow for additional study time. Your teacher will guide you in what is appropriate for you.


The fees shown below are commercial NSI Plus fees. No fee exemptions are available for NSI Plus courses.

Course related charges

You may be required to pay a course related charge in addition to the course fee. Course related charges cover the cost of materials, resources, equipment or services you may need to participate in your course.

Part Time Day
Course Units
This course has face to face classes for 4 hours/week for 18 weeks from 9:30am-2:30pm. This programme provides the opportunity for participants who have skills and experience to work on independent projects in the photography studios, utilising the TAFE NSW facilities. Technical support is available. Participants realise own learning goals with assistance and mentoring from trained professional staff in a flexible learning environment. The course is offered on a semester by semester basis. Student materials are not included in course fee.
Commences 06 February 2019 - Classes held on Wednesday between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM
Length 18 weeks, 4 hours per week
Entry requirements
Participants should have already developed their practice through formal or informal training.
