| Description: | The Certificate III in Hospitality (SIT30707) - Sommelier elective is for those who want to work in the hospitality industry at the operative team leader level as a sommelier. This specialist course for budding sommeliers starts in February and students attend for one day per week for 18 weeks (6 months) Students are expected to be working in Hospitality to complete the course within 6 months. The program teaches you a variety of skills. Participants must have access to an appropriate workplace or simulated workplace environment during the course. The units in this course include:
