The Academy has a range of short and extended programs for you to choose from with many offered part time in the evening or on weekends.

Our wine appreciation courses are a great place to start for those budding connoisseurs interested in growing their knowledge about wine.  While our popular Italian wine classes lead participants on a sensory journey through the classic wine regions of Italy.

For the wine professional the WSET programs offer qualifications that are recognised in over 47 countries across the globe and provide a strong foundation of knowledge and skills.  The programs range from entry level to advanced, including specialisation programs such as the Professional Spirits Certificate.

The sommelier and wine study programs are also highly sought after by wine industry professionals.

French wine and food and wine matching programs are also offered at the academy.

Sydney Wine Academy programs are delivered by teachers with extensive industry knowledge and experience.  Many are highly regarded within the industry and retain strong links with industry associations and societies.
