Most short programs run throughout the year (subject to demand) and you can enrol on-line, for more information see our programs page.

These programs are ideal for those looking to update their skills, or achieve a qualification in a short period of time.

Some high demand programs such as wine studies and the one-year sommeliers course require you to enrol at Ryde Campus on a set day and time.

Entry Requirements

Course entry requirements will vary depending on the course you're applying for. If you are registering for a course that involves handling alcohol you must be 18 years of age or older.
