Conditions of use
When you use your TAFECard to borrow items at Ryde Campus Library, you agree to our conditions of use.
How to borrow
Bring your TAFEcard and any items you want to borrow to the information desk. Please note that you are responsible for all items borrowed on your card. Your TAFEcard is not transferable.
What you can borrow
You can borrow up to 15 items state-wide.
At Ryde Campus Library this includes:

Some high demand resources are not for loan.
How to renew
You can renew most items twice on or before the due date if they have not been reserved. You can renew by phone, email, in person or online through the Ryde Campus Library Catalogue homepage (Select 'Renew My Materials' from the 'My Account' link). You need your PIN to renew online which can be obtained from the Library.
How to reserve an item
If any item you want is out on loan, you can reserve it in person or by phoning the library. You will be notified when the item is available.
How to return items
Return chutes are located both inside and outside the library. Items must be returned or renewed on or before the due date. Failure to return items may result in student disciplinary action. You must replace or pay for any items you lose or damage.
Please note that all NSI Libraries charge fines for overdue library material. You will be suspended from borrowing and your testamur may be blocked until you return all outstanding items and pay any outstanding fines.

Recently added books and other materials are listed in the Ryde Campus Library – New Resources list or you can access the list at the TAFE NSW Library Catalogue by clicking on New items. The items are on display on the display shelves, and can be borrowed.
