Crows Nest Campus situated close to North Sydney CBD and Sydney’s leading restaurant district, provides students with a unique blend of specialist programs.
The campus offers distinctive vocational and higher education business programs and is the only hospitality training centre specialising in Asian cuisine. The on-campus child studies training facility is one of the largest in NSW and provides a simulated workplace experience for students.
Crows Nest Campus has a strong business focus offering a range of business programs, including a suite of over twenty-five online qualifications. The Charles Sturt University Bachelor of Business Studies pathway progam is offered at Crows Nest along with the Postgraduate programs.
The campus offers programs to our international students with a focus on English language.

The Asian Culinary Centre
A specialist training centre focusing on Asian culinary skills, preparing chefs for diverse styles of Australian fusion cuisine. Students prepare meals for the campus’ Fusion Restaurant which is open to the public. The menu at Fusion changes regularly and can range from a 10-course Asian degustation menu to Italian buffet lunch, but always with a uniquely Australian style.
Children's services training centre
Crows Nest Campus’ child studies training facility is one of the largest in NSW. It offers an on-campus play session facility to children and parents while also providing a simulated workplace experience for our students. Northern beaches child studies programs are coordinated from Crows Nest.
