The Annual Report 2003 attests to the talent and commitment of our students, and to the dynamism and creativity of Institute staff who have led and facilitated the learning experience for individuals, enterprises and groups in achieving their goals. The efforts of students, customers and staff in 2003 resulted in high achievement in pursuit of the Institute’s vision – to lead through innovation, building skills for the knowledge economy and a global future. To meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders we are reporting our achievements in two forms this year. This online report will give you a thorough account of the performance, activities and achievements during 2003 and is available to download in PDF format covering each topic area. Alternatively the entire document can be downloaded here [4.2MB PDF]. A hard-copy Highlights document has also been produced and is readily available upon request. The structure of the report reflects the key focus areas of our strategic directions (2002 – 2004) and describes the Institute's activities relating to our customers , our business , our people and our internal processes as well as providing summary organisational performance data.
