The Northern Sydney Institute in partnership with Le Cordon Bleu Australia, delivers two degrees at our Ryde Campus:

  • Bachelor of Business - International Hotel Management
  • Bachelor of Business - International Restaurant Management

From running your own hotel or resort, restaurant, cafe or boutique business, the degree programmes instil operational, supervisory and management knowledge, skills and application in the hospitality and food industries.

About the courses

The Le Cordon Bleu degrees are both three year programs, made up of six month stages. Two of these stages are professional experience which allows students to develop and apply principles and practice in the workplace.

TAFE NSW students can apply to Le Cordon Bleu Australia for recognition of studies that have been previously completed.
