This course is intended for people who work in administrative and clerical positions in an office and who want to update their skills in the use of commercial software packages or re-skilling into a newer version of a software application, allowing a more efficient and effective execution of duties.

This part time course is offered in FLEX mode with sessions available Tuesday & Wednesday (12:30 to 3:30pm) Thursday (9.30 to 3:00 pm), Thursday night (6.00 to 8.30 pm) or Friday (9.30 to 1.30 pm) and is to be completed within in 1 year. Course Units
This course is delivered by a combination of self-paced Flex sessions (with teacher facilitation), and learner support (drop in Centre in Library). Students attend up to 4 sessions per week. There are seven weekly Flex sessions (2.5 hrs each) to choose from: day sessions 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and/or an evening session on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. You can expect to do some additional self-directed study, which may include research, written, online and/or workplace activity. See timetable for full detail. All timetables are subject to change.
